  • Notes

    • No refunds will be given if this event is canceled due to war, terrorism, or natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations of announced artists due to illness or other reasons.
    • No refunds will be given if this event is canceled due to COVID-19, or if the announced artists are canceled or changed. However, this ticket can be carried over to the next year.
    • Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or refunded due to customer's convenience even before delivery.

  • Regarding delivery

    • For designed paper tickets, the shipping fee and handling fee of 600 yen (tax included) will be added to the product price.
    • For E-tickets, a fee of 600 yen (including tax) will be added to the product price.
    • We only accept domestic shipments.
    • One month before the event date, it will be delivered by letter pack light.
    • For orders from outside of Japan, please use an e-ticket.

  • FESTIVAL FRUEZINHO Precautions

    • This performance will take measures based on the "Guidelines for preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection at live houses and live halls", and will be carried out with the utmost consideration for the safety of customers, performers and staff.
    • Junior high school students and younger are free, but please be sure to come with a guardian.
    • High school students and older must purchase a ticket.
    • Once you receive your ticket, please be sure to keep it until the performance date. If you forget your ticket on the day, you will need to purchase a new ticket on the day.
    • Tickets are cash. We will not reissue it under any circumstances, such as when it is lost or stolen. Please purchase again.
    • Even if you have a proof of ticket purchase (ticketing certificate, receipt, ticket purchased together, etc.), we cannot reissue it.
    • Please note that videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seats, may be made public.
    • No refunds will be given in the event of an artist cancellation.
    • We are not responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, injury, illness, etc. inside or outside the venue.
    • Firearms such as fireworks, other dangerous items, and items prohibited by law are prohibited.
    • Recording and photography during the performance is basically prohibited.
    • Bringing in food, alcohol, and beverages is prohibited. Please use nearby restaurants.
    • If unauthorized entry is discovered, the person will be handed over to the police regardless of the reason.
    • If the use of counterfeit tickets or unauthorized entry is discovered, we will immediately hand over the person to the police station and claim damages.
    • If you do not follow the staff's instructions, you will be asked to leave immediately. In that case, there will be no refund of fees.
    • Please do not do anything that will cause a nuisance to nearby residents.
    • It is your responsibility to take precautions against heat stroke, dehydration, etc., and to take care of your health.
    • There is no parking lot. Please use public transportation or nearby parking lots.
