2-day pass: 20,000 yen

Hokkaido Aomori, Akita, Iwate Osaka Yamaguchi, Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa

Only those living in the above areas may purchase up to two tickets per person.

The address to which the tickets will be sent must be in one of the prefectures listed above. We will also verify your address on the day of the event using a driver's license or other proof of address.

If there is a discrepancy with the prefecture mentioned above, an additional fee of 8,000 yen will be charged.
If your address has changed due to moving or other reasons, an additional fee of 8,000 yen will be charged.

  • Notes

    • No refunds will be given if this event is canceled due to war, terrorism, or natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and eruptions.
    • If a previously announced artist cancels due to illness, etc., there will be no refunds.
    • There will be no refunds in the event of cancellation or change of announced artists. However, this ticket can be carried over to the next year.
    • Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or refunded even before they are delivered.
    • Tickets are treated the same as cash vouchers, so they will not be reissued under any circumstances, including if they are lost or stolen.

  • Shipping/Handling

    • For designed paper tickets, a shipping fee of 600 yen (letter pack 370 yen + shipping fee 230 yen) (tax included) will be added to the product price.
    • For each E-ticket, a system usage fee of 600 yen (tax included) will be added to the product price.
    • We only accept domestic shipping.
    • We will send you a letter pack light one month before the event date.
    • For orders from outside Japan, please use e-tickets.
  • Wristband

    • On the day of the event, please exchange your ticket and wristband at the entrance.
    • After redeeming your wristband, your wristband will serve as your proof of purchase. Please handle with care during the event period.
    • Please note that lost wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.
    • Please do not remove the wristband you put on when entering.
    • We will be checking wristbands at the venue, so please cooperate. If you do not have a wristband, please purchase a ticket on the day.
  • parking

    • The times you can enter and exit are as follows.
    • 11/2 (Sat) 10:00-21:00 *Scheduled
    • 11/3 (Sun) 9:00-21:00 *Scheduled
    • If you come by motorcycle, you do not need a parking ticket. Please pay ¥1000 at the south parking lot entrance gate on the day.
  • camp site

    • November 2nd (Sat) Opens at 10:00 / November 4th (Monday) Closes at 10:00 (tentative)
    • After the Grass Stage performance on November 2nd (Saturday) & 3rd (Sunday), those who do not have a campsite ticket (wristband) will not be able to enter the Glass Stage where the campsite is located.
    • If you arrive on Saturday, November 2nd with a 1-day ticket and campsite ticket, you must leave by 8:00 on Sunday, November 3rd.
    • One camping ticket is required per person. (Admission and camping are free for elementary school students and younger, as long as they are accompanied by a guardian)
    • Due to local regulations, camping is prohibited for those under 18 years of age. Please participate with your parents.
    • Please limit each site (space for tents, etc.) to within 5m x 5m. Please refrain from using too much space.
    • Please bring your own tent and bedding. The lowest temperature in early November is around 10℃.
    • On the day of the event, you will choose a location and pitch your tent on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the campsite is rented from a golf course, so some areas are sloped.
    • It is prohibited to set up tents in areas other than designated areas, such as areas where camping is prohibited.
    • It is prohibited to bring in animals such as pets, bottles and cans, explosives such as fireworks, hazardous materials, and other items prohibited by law.
    • Fires are strictly prohibited inside the campsite. Barbecues are not allowed, so please eat at the food stalls in the food area.
    • It is not possible to bring your car alongside the campsite. Also, you cannot come directly to the venue by car. If you have a parking ticket, please walk from the parking lot or take the on-site shuttle bus to the venue. If you are coming by train, please use the shuttle bus from Kakegawa Station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the venue entrance to the campsite.
    • There is a bath with a sauna (charges apply) within the venue.
