Ticket types

Paper tickets with seat numbers will be sent out around May 10th after the Golden Week holidays. You can select your seat by calling FRUE from the 230 emerald green seats on the second floor.
Seats are assigned, but you can freely move to the first or third floor seats.

    • When purchasing tickets, we will charge either a system fee or shipping fee + handling fee of 600 yen.
    • A separate drink fee (¥1,000) will be charged at the entrance on the day.
    • One drink ticket can be used at the drink booth inside the venue.
    • Children under elementary school age are admitted free of charge and do not require tickets, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    • Junior and senior high school students should purchase a discounted ticket.
    • Those who purchase tickets for junior high and high school students and those under 25 must present identification showing their date of birth upon entry.
    • Tickets are available as unreserved seats (e-tickets only) or reserved seats (paper tickets only).
    • After payment, your unreserved seat (E-ticket) will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase, so please check.
    • Reserved seats (paper tickets) will be mailed to the address you specified at the time of purchase approximately one month before the event (Letter Pack Light).
    • Please note that videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
    • If an artist cancels their performance, there will be no refunds.
    • We are not responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, injury, illness, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
    • Bringing fireworks, other dangerous items, and items prohibited by law is prohibited.
    • Recording or photographing using professional equipment during the performance is prohibited.
    • Please be considerate when taking videos or photos with your smartphone. Keep in mind that the screen of your smartphone can be bright when you are taking photos.
    • However, if there are artists who completely prohibit photography, please follow the instructions of the staff.
    • Bringing food, alcohol, or other beverages into the venue is prohibited. Please use nearby restaurants.
    • If unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be handed over to the police regardless of the reason.
    • If the use of a counterfeit ticket or unauthorized entry is discovered, the individual will be immediately handed over to the police and compensation will be demanded.
    • If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given.
    • Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to neighboring residents.
    • Please take full responsibility for taking precautions against heatstroke, dehydration, and other health issues.
    • There is no parking lot. Please use public transportation or nearby parking lots.

  • About Wristbands

    • Please exchange your ticket for a wristband at the entrance on the day.
    • After exchanging your wristband, it will serve as your proof of purchase. Please handle it carefully during the event.
    • Lost wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.
    • Please cooperate with wristband checks at the venue. If you do not have a wristband, you will be asked to purchase a ticket on the day.
