Notes
- If the event is cancelled due to war, terrorism, or natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or volcanic eruptions, no refunds will be given.
- If an announced artist cancels due to illness or other reasons, there will be no refunds.
- In the event of cancellations or changes to announced artists, no refunds will be given.
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded for personal reasons, even if they have not yet been delivered.
- Tickets are treated the same as cash vouchers and will not be reissued under any circumstances, including if lost or stolen.

Shipping/Handling
- For e-tickets, a system usage fee of 600 yen (tax included) will be added to the product price for each ticket (admission tickets only).

Wristband
- On the day of the event, please exchange your ticket and wristband at the entrance.
- After redeeming your wristband, your wristband will serve as your proof of purchase. Please handle with care during the event period.
- Please note that lost wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.
- Please do not remove the wristband you put on when entering.
- We will be checking wristbands at the venue, so please cooperate. If you do not have a wristband, please purchase a ticket on the day.

- The entry and exit times are as follows:
- 11/1 (Sat) 10:00-21:00 *Scheduled
- 11/2 (Sun) 9:00-21:00 *Scheduled
- If you are coming by motorcycle, you do not need a parking ticket. Please pay 1000 yen at the South Parking Lot entrance gate on the day.

- November 1st (Saturday) 10:00 Opening / November 3rd (Monday) 10:00 Closing (scheduled)
- After the Glass Stage performances on Saturday, November 1st and Sunday, November 2nd, anyone without a campsite ticket (wristband) will not be able to enter the Glass Stage, where the campsite is located.
- If you visit on Saturday, November 1st with a 1-day ticket and campsite ticket, you will be required to leave by 8:00 on Sunday, November 2nd.
- One camping ticket is required per person. (Entry and camping are free for elementary school students and younger, but only if accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
- Due to regulations, camping for people under the age of 18 is not permitted. Children must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Each person should use a site (space for pitching tents, etc.) of approximately 5m x 5m. Please refrain from using excessively large spaces.
- Please bring your own tent, bedding, etc. The minimum temperature in early November will be around 10°C.
- On the day, you will be asked to choose a spot and pitch your tent on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the campsite is on a golf course, so some areas may be sloped.
- Setting up tents anywhere other than designated areas, such as in no-camping areas, is prohibited.
- Bringing in pets or other animals, bottles, cans, fireworks or other explosives, dangerous materials, and other items prohibited by law is prohibited.
- Open flames are strictly prohibited within the campsite. Barbecues and the like are not permitted, so please use the food stalls in the food area for meals.
- You cannot park your car next to the campsite. You also cannot drive directly to the venue. If you have a parking ticket, please walk from the parking lot or take the on-site shuttle bus to the venue. If you are coming by train, please use the shuttle bus from Kakegawa Station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the entrance to the venue to the campsite.
- There is a bath with sauna (charged) on the premises.
