    • On the day of the event, you will need to pay a separate drink fee (¥1,000) at the entrance.
    • One drink ticket can be used at the drink booth inside the venue.
    • Admission is free for elementary school students and younger and no tickets are required, but they must be accompanied by a guardian.
    • Junior and senior high school students should purchase a discounted ticket.
    • If you purchase a junior high/high school student discount ticket or an U25 discount ticket, please present identification showing your date of birth upon entry.
    • All tickets are electronic, so please check your email after purchase.
    • Please note that video and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
    • In the event of an artist cancellation, there will be no refunds.
    • We are not responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, injury, illness, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
    • Bringing fireworks, other dangerous items, and items prohibited by law is prohibited.
    • Recording or photographing using professional equipment during the performance is prohibited.
    • Please be considerate when taking videos or photos with your smartphone etc. Keep in mind that the smartphone screen can be bright when recording.
    • However, if there are artists for whom photography is completely prohibited, please follow the instructions of the staff.
    • Bringing in food, alcohol, or beverages is prohibited. Please use nearby restaurants.
    • If unauthorized entry is discovered, regardless of the reason, you will be handed over to the police.
    • If the use of counterfeit tickets or unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be immediately taken into custody at the police station and asked to pay compensation.
    • If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given.

  • About Wristbands

    • On the day, please exchange your electronic ticket for a wristband at the entrance.
    • After exchanging your wristband, it will be your proof of purchase. Please handle it with care during the event.
    • Wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances if lost.
    • Please cooperate with wristband checks at the venue. If you do not have a wristband, you will need to purchase a ticket on the day.
